Safety first

Safety begins with training for our own teams, based on the national standards, the Health & Safety Executive legislations and in accordance with our company safety policy. Also we are able to work with specialized software to identify risks, hazards and individual needs to every contract. We are thorough so that we can maintain a good record.

Gintreda ensures the works are planned and carried out with health & safety as a priority. This applies to every aspect of the work, down to the materials that are specified and used; risk assessment, the preparation of method statements and the personnel training to ensure safe systems of working are in place.

Our managers work closely with the clients to ensure our projects do not present a risk to the operatives, the tenants or the community’s health and safety.

We conduct our own regular site checks and try to provide our own first aiders to every site. Our company carries a CSCS platinum cards for senior members of our staff, we also hold a Construction Site Managers Safety Certificate. We try to improve our status by acquiring health & safety certificates for different activities that take place on our sites.
